This was my second amazing workshop with Aveen. I made a different stained glass piece and really enjoyed trying out different colours and textures.
Aveen is well organised and I felt safe using all the necessary provided PPE. Coffee and cake combined with sea views just tops it all! I would highly recommend and you get more confidence after your first one.
I had such a wondeful time at this workshop with Aveen! I learnt so much in one day! I came home with a lovely honeycomb suncatcher ☀️
The day was paced out really nicely, nothing felt too rushed or too slow and Aveen is really lovely and friendly. Although Aveen, Kate and I had never met before we all chatted throughout the day whilst working on the tasks in hand, and it felt just like doing a workshop with your friends, it was a lovely warming atmosphere paired with the epic view of Clevedon Pier out of the window!
I’d highly recommend this to anyone who wants to learn some new skills in a friendly and non overwhelming atmosphere where you’ll feel just at home.

Absolutely loved this workshop. I was quite nervous because it was my first time attending a craft workshop. From the moment I met Aveen, her warmth and friendliness put me at ease. She explained everything so clearly and demonstrated each section at a pace that was very comfortable. I'm so in love with my stained glass suncatcher. I still can't believe that I made it. Thank you Aveen. Wonderful day!
What a glorious day! Having always wanted to try stained glass work when I found Aveen and booked onto the course I couldn’t wait to get started and it did not disappoint. Aveen’s teaching style was fantastic, demonstrating and taking us through step by step. I had the best day - thank you so much. I cannot wait to come again and try more colours and designs.
Retuned for a second stained glass workshop with Aveen! :) We had agreed on a design of my choosing prior to the workshop and Aveen kindly refined this for me ready for the day. It was great to repeat the process, this time on a design of my own choosing. We extended my skills by moving to a slightly more complex design and now incorporating curves and special soldering techniques. Really happy with how it turned out and had a great day. Fantastic tuition, all materials and PPE supplied by Aveen, from her beautiful sea-view location. Highly recommended.
